All HUGs are allowed to request that HubSpot employees come and speak at their events. New HUGs, or HUGs with an average attendance of 50 or fewer attendees, are guaranteed one speaker per year. HUGs that have been active for over a year and have over 50 attendees on average are guaranteed 2 speakers per year.
To request a speaker from HubSpot, please submit this form 4-6 in advance of your event.
HubSpot attendees are responsible for covering their own travel expenses so you should not incur any costs from requesting someone.
While you're welcome to have speakers join you from outside of HubSpot, we will not facilitate organizing their visit, nor will we cover their travel expenses.
