One of our biggest goals is to help drive HubSpot users to attend your meet-ups! There are several ways in which we try to help make this happen.
Two times per month, we send an email out promoting upcoming HUGs. These is email is sent around the 1st and the 15th of each month, and promotes any events happening within the next 2-4 weeks. Each upcoming HUG gets sent in one of these two emails and we do our best to match your HUG date to the most appropriate email.
If you want your event to be included in this email, you must complete our pre-event form AT LEAST 3 weeks before your event, if not earlier.
This email is sent to all HubSpot users within roughly a 50 mi. postal code radius of your city.
This email is composed using smart content so that users in each of our city lists see a unique message that promotes the HUG in their area.
Event Software
We provide every HUG Leader with event management software. This should be used to manage and promote your HUG by:
- Creating a home page for your meet-up
- Building event pages to drive registration and manage check-in
- Emailing HUG subscribers about upcoming events
HUG Directory
Once your event is set up in our software, be sure to list it in our HUG Directory. You can do so by completing the steps in this recording.
